Grid Panel Control
This project was developed using JDK 1.1.1. The main aim of this project is to provide a user interface component for database applications. It also provides a database interface, this component was implemented using JDBC.
Main feature of this user interface were to display data in tabular format. This implementation provides API's to set attributes for a cell, partial/full rows and columns. Some of the attributes supported were font, color, justification. Resize of columns and rows was an important feature. Being one of the responsible member, my responsibilities involve

This project was developed using JDK 1.1.1. The main aim of this project is to provide forms based user interface for database applications.
Main feature of this user interface were integrate Java awt components to provide a forms. The form specifications are read from a data file. Some of the components used to create a form were check box, choice box, label, textarea, textfield, buttons, menu bar and button toolbar.
Army Group Insurance System (Army Group

Effort involved:
- A forecasting module that forecasts the funds required and also plans and allocates funds for various expenses and schemes pertaining to the organization.
- Bank investments module which deals with all small scale investments.
Description:
The project caters the need for managing the Insurance System for Army Group Insurance Fund (AGIF). AGIF makes use of the profit that it gains from the investments, to make the payments for the various claims raised by the employees. The project has seven distinct modules namely Claims, Investments, Social Security Deposits (SSD), AISMIS, Financial Accounting, Medical Benefit System (MBS), Personnel & Payroll System. The financial accounting system in-turn contains six sub-modules namely, General Ledger, Budgeting and Funds, Forecasting, Fixed Assets, Bank Investments, Check Printing and Bank reconciliation.
Project was developed on Unisys U6000 running UNIX system V release 4.02.
Major development language was C and with Oracle V 7.0 as the database. Other software used include SQL*Forms 4.5, SQL*Menu 5.0.

User Package for Share brokers (Unisoft Consultancy Services, Coimbatore, India)
Developed for share brokers to
maintain the details of the share dealings and to process all the
transactions involved in it. Also gives a forecast on the share
prices.
